| VERY
PROSPECTIVE GOLD PROJECTS IN CHINA
Executive
Summary
1) A New Gold Prospective
This potentially significant new gold prospective has only been
found recently. It is located in a 25-30km long copper (gold)-rich
mineralization zone. A series of skarn-porphyry copper (gold) deposits
occur along this NW mineralization corridor, including one of the
largest copper porphyries in Chine. It seems that from NW to SE,
the mineralization gradually change from copper-rich to gold-rich,
and the ZG gold deposit occurs at the SE end of the corridor. The
exploration is still at its early stage, however, some good hits
of up to 89.4 g/t making it very prospective. A total of 35 orebodies
have been found by now, much more resources are expected. It is
an ideal, and very rare exploration target for early involvement.
Sino-QZ has a formal agreement with the exploration license owner
to bring a foreign JV for this project.
3) The
Large SDP Gold Deposit
The >100 t Au ZDP deposit is one of the largest gold deposits
in the North China Gold Province. It occurs in the alkalic batholith
complex and along the contact zone with the Archaean metamorphic
rocks. Gold mineralization occurs in pinkish, K-feldspar-quartz
veins, quartz veins, and altered wall rock, and is localized by
NE- and NNE-trending, west-dipping shear zones. The individual gold-bearing
veins may be as much as a few kilometers long, continue to a 600
m depth, and average 3 m in width. The K-feldspar-quartz veins and
quartz veins contain pyrite, calaverite, galena, chalcopyrite, gold
and abundant hematite. Less voluminous mineralization continues
into the
Archaean country rocks...
(2) The Potentially Significant XSJ Gold Projects in Yunnan Province,
China
This is one of the most prospective gold projects in the major gold
belt in Yunnan, close to the Boka project, which made the Canadian
SW Gold Corp very successful and well known in exploration in China.
The project
is under our LOI with the Chinese authority, and we would like to
have a third party to join the most attractive project, need to
be quick...
(4) The Large Prophyry/Epiterhmal TJG Gold Deposit
The TJG Deposit contains some 70t gold @ the grade of 7-8g/t. Currently
it is mined by an open pit, producung some 1t gold per year. The
Gold Corp has offered the Sino-QZ Group for a JV project on the
large, potentially much more resource TJG deposit.
We also have many more gold projects available, if you are interested
in these Projects, please contact us .

Sino-QZ Group's activities in China, you may check some of the NEWS
released by Fury Explorations Ltd in Canada recently, or contact

Mines, Noranda etc.
A New Gold Exploration Project in China - - Sorry This Project has
been taken
BMZ Gold Deposit, North China Gold Province
Ownership
The BMZ Gold deposit and the surrounding exploration area (60.16
km2) is 100% owned by TGEI
Exclusive Right of Joint
Venture by the Sino-QZ Group
Sino-QZ Group has signed an agreement with the TGEI, and gained
the exclusive right for financing a joint venture of exploration
and development of the BMZ Deposit and surrounding areas (60.16
km2)
Location Access and Infrastructure
The BMZ Gold Deposit is NE China. Access to the deposit is via a
main road, which passes only about half km from the deposit. The
deposit has electricity and abundant water supply.
Background and Geology
of the BMZ Gold Deposit
The BMZ deposit is located in the north margin of the North China
craton. The gold mineralisation is controlled by an alteration zone,
which is parallel to the regional major NE faults. Regionally, the
well-known XXX goldfield in the Archaean metamorphic rocks is located
along the major structure some 100km west of BMZ, including the
XXX Deposit (produced over 2 Moz), XXX Deposit (1 Moz)etc. Westwards
into the XXX province, there are the XXX deposit (over 1 Moz) and
a few new discoveries including the 85 t XXX deposit .
BMZ gold mineralisation
occurs in the hematite-rich quartz sandstone (locally conglomerate)
of the Neoproterozoic XXX Formation, which unconformably overlies
the XXX marble of the XXX ormation. The quartz sandstone has been
extensively and intensively altered by silica with some sericite
and minor fine-grained sulphides, and locally brecciaed.
1: 200,000 and 1: 50000 scale geochemical sampling of stream sediments
indicates an anomalous of Au, AS, Hg and Sb surrounding the alteration
area. Further 1: 10000 scale geochimical work, geological mapping
and trenching indicate that the alteration halo is over 8km long,
10-100m wide with gold grading 0.1-0.8 g/t, it is trending NE, dipping
SE 35-60?. The currently controlled orebody by a drive and surface
trenches is over 578m long, 1.15-13m thick, over 100m deep, average
grading 3.0- 5.5g/t, with the highest grade of 15.9 g/t. The gold
is free, fine grain, and occurs between the quartz grains, in breccias
and cracks of the quartz. The gold finess is over 900.
Regionally,
the XXX, XXX and XXX gold XXX also occur along the unconformity
within the hematite rich quartz sandstone of the Neoproterozoic
XXX Formation.
Interpretation
The Chinese geologists think it is an initial fossil placer, and
has been reformed by later alteration. Form the limited geological
data and field observation, it more likes a gold-only deposit controlled
by a major detachment fault along the unconformity and impermeability
of the bottom sandstone above the unconformity, although further
structure work is necessary.
BMZ Resources
Currently the measured/indicated resources are some 5t gold average
grading 3-5.5g/t. In the drive, mineralisation continues both along
the strike and in depth, the high grade and thick mineralization
section appears to be controlled by the intersection of a NW-trending
structure with the major NE structure. Surface trenching along the
NE strike reveals an 8km long mineralisation zone with gold grading
1.54-7.04 g/t indicating significant potential for a large gold
deposit. The estimated potential is over 1 to 2 Moz gold resources.
Gold recovery test indicates that it is very easy to recover at
least 93% or above.
BMZ Development
Only limited geological mapping, trenching and a drive have been
carried out at the BMZ Gold Deposit and surrounding area. No drilling
has been done due to the lack of capitals. Detailed mapping, structure
studies, geochemical measurement and drilling programs are needed
for further development of the BMZ project.
Tenure
The deposit is held 100% by TGEI, and the Sino-QZ Group has gained
the Exclusive Right for financing a joint venture.
Summary
1. Large alteration and
mineralisation zone for over 8km;
2. Mineralisation continues both along the strike and in depth,
potentially a high grade, large
ore deposit at structure intersections and in depth;
3. Easy to target along the unconformity;
4. Only limited work has been done due to lack of capitals, and
the TGEI is willing for a joint
venture;
5. Many companies have shown their interests for this project;
6. The Exclusive Right for financing a joint venture by Sino-QZ
Group
7. Geological maps are available.
(2) The ZDP Gold Project
Many orogenic gold depoaits have been found along a trans-crustal
S-C-C deep fault zone, which divides the Archaean and Proterozoic
rocks on the south and north, respectively. Mesozoic gold mineralization
occurs in a 330 Ma alkalic batholith complex. The batholith intruded
along a group of E-W-trending structures that are parallel to, and
about 10 km south of the mafor deep fault zone,
