HDI signs high grade Porphyry Au-Cu project in Xietongmen

Hunter Dickinson Inc Formally Signed the High Grade Xietongmen Porphyry Au-Cu Project, which was initiated by Sino-QZ Group. HDI was brought into China by Sino-QZ, and Xietongmen is one of the projects we introduced to the Canadian company.

On 16 November 2004, Ronald W. Thiessen, President and CEO of Continental Minerals Corporation (TSX-V: KMK; OTC-BB: KMKLF) is announced that Continental of HDI has signed a revised formal agreement option to earn a controlling interest in the Xietongmen Gold-Copper Property. The Xietongmen Property is located 240 kilometres southwest of Lhasa in Tibet of China. The Agreement is subject to Canadian regulatory approvals.

The Xietongmen Property hosts disseminated and stockwork gold and copper mineralization. A four kilometre long alteration zone has been tested by two vertical diamond drill holes and a 200-metre long underground adit completed by previous PRC operators. Long continuous intervals of gold and copper mineralization with good grades were encountered in drill hole ZK0301 - 235 metres @ 0.58 g/t Au and 0.47% Cu, drill hole ZK0701 - 207 metres @ 1.43 g/t Au and 0.68% Cu and a cross-cut accessed by adit PD 04 - 76 metres @ 1.91 g/t Au and 1.23% Cu, respectively. The alteration zone is open in all directions, indicating excellent potential to outline a higher-grade porphyry-style mineral deposit.

Sanya gold project phase one commences

Sino-QZ Group is pleased to announce the our associated company Fury Explorations Limited has commenced phase one exploration activities on the Sanya Project, Hainan Province, China. The project was generated by Sino-QZ Group.

The objective of the phase one program is to map and independently sample previously discovered surface and underground gold mineralization. Of particular focus will be confirmation of the grade and extent of previously reported underground resources of 370,000 oz gold(1) .The program, now underway consists of:

During a recent trip of our Consulting Service Manager, Dr Gina Dong, with Fury Chairman Ken Thorsen, and President Steve Vanry in July 2004, the Phase One Program of th Sanya Project has been well organized, and progressing to plan.

Business license received for Sanya gold project

Sino-QZ Group is pleased to announce that the Hainan Provincial Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau has granted a Business License to Hainan Sino-Canadian Gold Exploration & Development Co. Ltd. (the JV Company).

Sanya Gold Project is one of the most significant gold exploration JV projects between a Canadian junior company, Fury Explorations Limited, and the Chinese. The JV project was identified and introduced to the Canadian junior company by Sino-QZ, and the JV Company was created with assistance of Sino-QZ to hold the exploration permits constituting the Sanya Gold Project, Hainan Province, China. Granting of the business license represents a significant milestone, as exploration and development of the Companys most prospective gold project may now begin.

The 48 square kilometer Sanya Gold Project is located 150 kilometres northwest of the city of Sanya. The project is adjacent to the producing Bau Lun Gold Mine (which is not part of the Sanya Gold Project), which according to Chinese calculations, originally contained total speculative resources of 2.1 million ounces of gold (these resources have not been investigated in detail, but are assumed not to conform with N.I. 43-101guidelines), and a current production grade of 18 grams per tonne (g/t) Au (0.53 oz/t Au).

The Sanya Project contains multiple, stand-alone gold bearing veins, ore zones and all known down-plunge extensions of the veins indicated on the Bau Lun Mine Property. Previous work includes an 850 metre long adit driven that intersects a vein just south and west of the mine area. The vein varies from 0.8 to 5.0 metres in width, with a grade from 6.7 to 30.0 g/t Au on the adit level and on a second level 25 metres below the adit level. Systematic sampling of a 440-metre section of the vein by the Chinese produced an inferred resource of approximately 370,000 oz of gold at a grade of 13.5 g/t (this resource is not calculated according to N.I. 43-101 guidelines). Recent trenching 650m to the west of the adit also indicates significant gold mineralization in four possible ore zones grading from 2.3 to 29 g/t Au. Surface values are indicative of multiple vein targets with similar strike and dip to the mines main zones. Gold mineralization on both properties occurs in quartz veins within Silurian sericite-quartz phyllite, carbonaceous phyllite and slate, which are fault contacted with Cretaceous sedimentary rocks in the SE, and is intruded by Triassic granite in the NW.

An independent report on the Sanya Gold Project, complying with National Instrument 43-101, has been completed by Desmond Cullen, P.Geo, of Kleinebar Resources Ltd.

Formal agreement for the Wulanbulang gold project

Sino-QZ Group is pleased to announce that with our initiative and assistance Planet Exploration Inc. has signed the formal agreement with China National Gold Group Corporation, represented by its subsidiary Jinyou Geological Exploration Ltd.

Under the agreement, the Planet Exploration will acquire an 80% interest in the Wulanbulang gold property, as well as an option to acquire three mining licenses and a mill located within the property. The property is located in the Jiuyuan district of Baotou, 20 kilometers from the city of Baotou, which is 600 kilometers west-northwest of Beijing.

The Wulanbulang property has an area of 52.57 sq. km. Previous work by the Chinese government has indicated the occurrence of over 70 gold-bearing veins/zones identified to date, 35 of which are described as being 'strongly' mineralized. The zones consist of varying degrees of quartz veining, potassium feldspar alteration, silicification and sulphide mineralization within east-west trending shear zones. The gold mineralization is described as being typical of Canadian Archean gold deposits.

Ranjeet Sundher, President of Planet Exploration, comments 'The signing of the formal contract is a major milestone for Planet. Recent months have seen an influx of Canadian juniors into China signing preliminary deals but very few to my knowledge have reached a formal agreement. Given the abundance of mineralized and altered shear zones, including the several producing areas, the Wulanbulang property would appear to offer good potential to host larger-scale economic gold mineralization.'

Planet's initial exploration program on the Wulanbulang project will focus on geological mapping and sampling in addition to providing a compilation of existing data.

The successful JV contract between Planet Explorations and Jinyou Company of CNGC indicates significant opportunities in China for foreign junior companies through Sino-QZ Groups services.
