Sino-QZ Group has been very successful in targeting, acquiring and assisting of establishment of Foreign JV projects for exploration and mining in China.
Our Sanya gold exploration JV project provides very good opportunities for a junior Canadian public listed company to carry out gold exploration in China. The establishment of JV office between Eldorado and CNGC, initiated and assisted by Sino-QZ, opens a new form of cooperation between foreign mining companies and their Chinese partners.
In the mean time, Sino-QZ Group is planning to register a new company or JV company in China in near future. This planned new company/JV company will be in the best position to acquire the most significant projects for gold, copper as well as base metal in China. Sino-QZ Group welcomes other companies/investors to discuss the possibility of investment and/or forming a JV company with us in China, or establishment of JV projects with Sino-QZ Group.
